The East Piney Island Community Association is an incorporated organization that represents property owners in our community. 

All property owners in East Piney Island are welcome and encouraged to join EPICA. The membership meets annually in the fall (usually in conjunction with Columbus Day weekend). In addition to the annual meeting, member's questions, concerns and suggestions are welcome anytime by simply contacting EPICA's President or other Board members (see "Contacts" page).

As you probably know, the Town of Chincoteague does not maintain the roads (Pine, Cedar, Oak) in East Piney Island. EPICA provides that service through a local contractor. For that reason, almost all of our members' dues are used to maintain the roads, keeping them safe and accessible for owners as well as guests. Please help us continue to provide this critical service by joining EPICA or continuing your support if you are already a member.
